This is how we would like you to pack your box
BEFORE you pack the box
1 Turn it upside down and fully tape the bottom this will seal and protect the bottom.
2 With our new strong box there is no need to fully tape the sides of the box, but you can if you wish to.
3 As you pack the box put heavier items at the bottom.
4 When the box is full close and fully tape the top as this will again seal and protect the box
5 With our new strong box they should not bulge unless they are forced, so please take note that if the new strong box is bulging it will not be picked up.
6 Clearly print the name and address of the receiver on half of the top of the box and on at least one side of the box, you MUST include a contact phone number for the receiver and the sender.
7 Do not write on the box what is inside the box as this may tempt theft.
IWhen you fill out our consignment docket please
1 make sure you press hard to see writing on all three copies.
2 make sure all details are printed clearly for both the sender and receiver. phone numbers for both the sender and receiver must be on the docket.
3 be sure to sign the declaration at the bottom left.
4 the top copy (white) goes on the top of the box under clear tape or we will tape it when we pick up the box.
5 the middle copy (yellow) is to be given to the person who picks up the box.
6 the bottom copy (green) stays with the sender, as you will need the box number to make inquiries about your box. the box tracking number is at the top right of the docket in red.
As you can see in this photo our boxes are made to fit with no spare room. On the left side we have 6 big boxes 2 wide and 3 high. On the right side we have at the bottom 2 big boxes wide and 2 big boxes high on top of the right side 4 half size boxes.
Please note if any of the boxes were oversized then it would not fit.

We believe that with our new strong protective box there will be no bulging boxes as they would have to be forced out to bulge and as stated before, if the new boxes are bulging they will not be picked up.
Durring the change over all the old boxes are not to bulge.
We have spent the last 2 months working out how to stop bulging boxes and greatly overweight boxes and we also did not want to become an expensive box forwarder like some of our competitors, so our new strong protective box is designed to fix both of these problems and keep the price down for our senders.
We do not have a weight limit and we will not impose one, as we feel the new box will help stop this problem.
If your box is bulging it will not picked up.
